support is only available to registered users calling from

to seeking our technical support, you have the sole responsibility
for adequate backup of data and protection of your software
and equipment used directly or indirectly in connection
with any technical support or information provided by PC
Helpline Computer Support Inc. and will not make a claim
against PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. or its
third party service providers for any reason , including,
but not limited to lost data or software, inaccurate output,

use its reasonable endeavor to resolve basic technical problems
of its registered subscribers in a professional and timely

Desk defined as answering "How do I" and "How
to" type questions and does not cover programming and
developmental questions.
(b)
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. will respond to escalated
calls within eight working hours
(c)
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc. will adhere to
less than ten percent "unsolved" rate.
(d)
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.'s abandon rate
will not exceed five percent.
(e)
PC Helpline Computer Support Inc.'s on call hold
time will be less than five minutes.
